A Journey of Healing
Spirit Path Equine Healing is a grounded, nature-based space for emotional healing, mindfulness, and reconnection.
Through gentle, guided experiences with horses, nature, breathwork, and sound healing, I support individuals in slowing down, releasing stress, and reconnecting with themselves on a deeper level.
This work is designed to help you soften burnout, ease anxiety, move through life transitions, and find a sense of inner calm and clarity, held in a safe and supportive environment.
My approach blends equine coaching, yoga, Reiki, and sound healing to support the mind, body, and spirit as a whole. Every session is intuitive, calming, and centered around helping you feel more grounded, present, and emotionally supported.
If you’re craving space to breathe, reset, and come back to yourself, you’re in the right place.

“There is something about the outside of a horse that is good for the inside of a man”
Winston Churchill
Why Spirit Path?
I created Spirit Path Equine Healing because I understand how easy it is to become disconnected from ourselves in a world that asks us to constantly keep going, producing, and holding everything together.
Many people are quietly carrying stress, burnout, anxiety, grief, or emotional exhaustion — often without the space to slow down and truly breathe.
Spirit Path was created as a different kind of space.
A grounding, nature-based experience where healing unfolds through presence, stillness, and connection with horses. Here, you are invited to step away from the noise of everyday life and come back into your body, your breath, and yourself.
Each session is intentionally supportive and non-clinical, blending equine connection, mindfulness, breathwork, yoga, sound healing, and nervous system grounding practices.
The horses play a central role in this work — their presence naturally invites honesty, awareness, and emotional softness, helping you reconnect with what you may have been carrying beneath the surface.
This is not about fixing yourself. It is about slowing down enough to remember who you are beneath the overwhelm.
